Wash Rite Franchise Of The Year 2021

Wash Rite's annual conference is an extremely popular event held annually and this year was no different. Unfortunately, the conference was yet another victim to the Covid-19 outbreak in August and had to be canceled. But the management at Wash Rite was extremely motivated to celebrate our success and the success and achievements of our hard-working franchise partners so a Zoom award night it was.

As 2020 / 21 was a very busy and successful year Wash Rite had plenty to celebrate and plenty of worthy franchise partners in the running for the 4 awards on offer.

The first award on offer was the rookie of the year award, This award goes to the franchisee who is in their first year of business with Wash Rite who has grown their franchise the fastest, both in revenue and brand recognition. This award is seen to be an award won by an up-and-coming franchisee who could run for the top prize franchise of the year award in the years to come.

The winner of this award was. Wash Rite Lower North Shore and its owner Harpreet Singh, Harpreet aka Hapi was the standout winner in this category as from day 1 post-training he hit the ground running and has grown every single month and is now one of the largest franchises in Auckland. Well done Harpreet.

The second award on offer was Brand Ambassador Of The Year 2021.

Wash Rite founder Troy Hillard instigated this award this year and said " This award is by far the most important award we have and it's my belief the winners of this award over the coming years will be the glue that holds Wash Rite together.

The brand ambassador award is awarded to the franchise that grows the brand the most in their region and who also represents the brand in the best light.

The winner of the brand ambassador of the year award 2021 was Wash Rite West Coast and its owners Adrian & Rita Costen. This amazing couple lives and breath the Wash Rite brand and it shows in the level of service they offer their customers and how well they rank in their client surveys. Well done Adrian & Rita.

The third Award of the night was the Runner Up Franchise Of The Year Award. This award goes to the 2nd highest performing franchise within the Wash Rite franchise network. At Wash Rite head office we keep very detailed records on many factors of a franchisee's performance, from revenue, customer service, conversion rates, just to name a few.

The winner of the Franchise Of The Year Runner Up 2021 was awarded to, Wash Rite Wairarapa and its owners Tim & Baylee Beale, Wash Rite Wairarapa was so close to taking out the overall prize but just beaten by the closest of margins. Tim & Baylee were the very first franchise in Wash Rite and started back in 2016 and from day 1 showed themselves to be high performers. From day 1 to today they have always been in the top 5 franchises nationwide. These guys lead the way in client satisfaction and client surveys, They have twice as many repeat clients as the next closest franchise which shows how highly regarded they are by their clients. Wash Rite is extremely blessed to have such great franchise partners in the Wairarapa region.

The fourth and most prestigious award of the night wash is the Franchise Of The Year 2021 award. This award goes to the franchise that has scored the highest points in 10 main areas.

The winner of the Franchise Of The Year 2021 was award to Wash Rite Northland and its owner Aaron Maple and his team in Northland.
Aaron is now a two-time winner of this award with Wash Rite Northland winning this award at last year's conference.
Aaron and his team in Northland run a slick operation with Wash Rite dominating the marketing in Northland and has done so for a few years now.
With Wash Rite Northland being the second largest franchise within Wash Rite and soon to be the largest who knows how many years Aaron and his team can take out this award.
